Stress affects us all. Recently, I realized that my stress occurs because of my foolish decisions. I tend to often cope with the negative outcome of the situation. For example, when it comes to school I always do my homework assignments late at night. Procrastinating is not wise. At the end of the day, I regret wasting my time. Either I am tired and end up not doing the assignments at all, or have a surplus of homework to do. When I see my grades, I have sense of anxiety because I am capable of excelling in all my classes. I am not mediocre, but I have to get out of that lazy mentality.

Just for being human we are prone to health issues, but some health issues are more gender specific than others. For example, females can’t have prostate cancer because they don’t have prostate glands and males can’t have cervical cancer because they don’t have a cervix. Some common health issues for men are: athlete’s foot, foreskin, prostate health, testicular health, and urinary tract infections. One rare male health issue is Tinea Cruis. Another name for this is, Jock Itch, a fungal infection caused by tight clothes that don’t allow air to circulate around the body.

I feel it's never right for a woman, man, or even a child to feel like they have to sell their body because they have no other way to get any money. I also, feel it doesn’t make any sense for them to just be sent to jail; that alone doesn’t solve anything. All it does in my eyes is make them feel like less of a person. Where is the lesson in that? They have to be taught that there are other ways; more positive ways to get money.

Women have longer life and than men by about 8 years. This is most likely a lot to do with genetics and evolution, but some having to with our culture and behaviors. Women don't die of heart related problems as much as men do. “men be stressin” but this does hold truth about men. Men keep in their stress and don't let it out as well as women do, which raises heart problems. To add, most men have bad eating habits such as eating red meat which strains more on the heart. This is do to men trying to act “big and strong” because society and the media portrays them this way. Men also smoke a lot more than women do, which could also be an example of letting out stress, but sadly in the wrong way.

Love is something that you cannot see. It is something you feel, but not physically. It’s really an emotion.

Love is really when you are past liking something or someone. It is a higher level of a relationship. When you are really in love you like the person for who they are and you are able to compromise with them. Also you feel good when you are with them; basically, you want to spend time with them because you feel good in their company.

In the media, TV shows like Jersey Shore, show women who take alcohol a little too far. They are constantly out partying and drinking until they black out. Is it just TV or do people really drink that much?

Earth Day is a day where people have participated in a green act, such as planting a garden or other things that will benefits the environment. Earth Day is on April 22, but as the saying goes, every day is Earth Day. Earth Day began with a bang in 1970 as a nationwide protest and has since evolved into a global phenomenon, with thousands of events and initiatives engaging millions of people and spurring additional action.

Pollution is not something people usually worry about in their day to day life, but it really is a big issue. First off, there's different kinds of pollution: water pollution, soil pollution, noise pollution, thermal pollution and lots more. The one that most people know is air pollution, this is when the air is filled with toxics and other chemicals that we humans cannot breathe in. We breathe in oxygen and when the air is filled with other things like carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides we can damage our lungs.

Every morning before my mom dropped me off for school, she'd make me breakfast and I'd be a happy little kid. Now, this is when I was in elementary school, when I was a kid. When I hit middle school, I started eating cafeteria food, which wasn't bad, but of course I preferred home made eggs and not the water down ones mixed with milk. Still I ate breakfast and it kept me awake and ready for class.

You wouldn't believe all of the myths I hear about from different cultures, especially with food in particular. Food is one of the most important asset to everyday life. Food is what brings people together, what we offer to the dead, what we give to the poor, what we need to grow strong and healthy. You need food, a little bit of everything, meat protein water all to maintain your body.
